Who are young adults?

Young adults are persons in their late teens, twenties, and thirties who represent diverse cultural, racial, ethnic, educational, vocational, social, political, and spiritual backgrounds. They are college students, workers, and professionals; they are persons in military service; they are single, married, divorced, or widowed; they are with or without children; they are newcomers in search of a better life. -United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

Resilient

A night of prayer and worship to encourage young adults from around the diocese to remain resilient in their faith with networking, guest speakers, and music.

Into The Deep

A night faith formation, faith sharing, and worship for young adults to dive deeper in their faith. This series is hosted in collaboration with the Office of Vocations, Sacred Heart Sisters of Big Bear, and the Office of Ministry with Young Catholics.

Young Adult Dance

A night of fun for young adults to celebrate community with their peers through the celebration of the Eucharist followed by a formal dance and dinner. This experience promotes healthy relationships and celebrates the young adults in the diocese.

Theology on Tap Series

A summer series that seeks to engage young adults in their 20s and 30s. It is centered around a series of events held in a casual setting such as a restaurant, bar, or parish hall where young adults are invited to listen to a speaker, share faith, and dialogue with people who share similar values and experiences.

Beloved: Young Couples Conference

A conference for young couples who are seriously dating, engaged, or married. Participating couples can join small communities for ongoing accompaniment at a vicariate level. As part of the accompaniment, couples are connected to mentors and resources to build strong Christ-centered relationships. This conference is hosted in collaboration with the Office of Marriage and Family Life Ministry and hosted in the CSUSB college campus with the support of the Campus Ministry team.
